Star Wars Altaya Miniatures Archives

Republic Era Ships

Below are all of the Republic and Clone Wars era ships and vehicles from the Star Wars Altaya line. So far, there are not as many in releases this era as in the Imperial Era. But, I do love what we gave received so far.

Next to each ship, I list the Altaya Issue Number for reference.

14 – AT-TE

The AT-TE is decent. Paint job is unexciting, and the large 2 legs are swinging forward and back oddly. The rest of the detail is pretty good though.

16 – Naboo N-1 Starfighter

Chrome and proportions are awesome. The canopy looks like it's about to pop off, and a lot of the chrome had scratch off as well.

20 – Eta-2 Jedi Interceptor

The Eta-2 is REALLY big, but doesn't really do much for me. I do like that R2 is facing forward unlike most models.

23 – Gungan Bongo Submarine

Another surprising release. I love the interior detail, and the fins look amazing.

26 – Delta-7 Jedi Starfighter

Pretty nice overall. The colors are great, and the weathering is just right.

28 – Trade Federation AAT

Not bad, but not great. A lot of the parts were popping out and poorly fitted. Turret did rotate slightly.

30 – ARC-170 Starfighter

I was kinda disappointed. Some detail is nice, but the main wings are too thick and look like they were cut out with a cookie cutter.

32 – Geonosian Starfighter

The Geonosian fighter is a great size, and even has a full cockpit detail. I highly recommend grabbing one.

33 – Droid Control Ship

Despite a good overall size, I felt like the detail wasn't there in some areas. The lit window decals also don't look great.

36 – AT-RT

For such a small vehicle, this one of the largest miniatures. Detail is great, and I love the paint job.

39 – Vulture Droid

The Vulture Droid looks great, but has a golden/metallic sheen, which I find strange.
