A cool guy found these today at a Walmart and shared the pics with us on FB. I had no idea 2 of these were coming out. Now, the TIE Striker pack looks the same as previous releases. Maybe the wings are fixed, but overall, no differences.
However, I'm loving the Red Jammer-styled Y-wing pack with the TIE Bomber. Definitely want to get a couple of these.
That’s a sick Y-Wing! So I’ve noticed Wal-mart isn’t always the most careful about not releasing things early, which may be the explanation. On top of that, I’ve occasionally found things at Walm-mart once, and then never again, almost like it was something someone bought online then returned to the store. Over Christmas we found one single Gamerverse Cap and Venom set on the shelf. We have yet to see another one at any walmart. Regardless of cause, I’ll be out today and I’m definitely going to be hunting for these.
Yeah, I gotta head to Walmart I think and see what I can find.
Sooo excited for the Red Jammer Y-wing, I want that pack. Shame MGS is so hard to find at my Walmarts, most of them don’t carry the line anymore.
Hope I can find the Red Y-Wing somewhere. I like the inclusion of various Rebel Pilots that are maybe not as well known, like Dex Tiree in that Y-Wing vs TIE Bomber set, Zev Senesca in the Battle of Hoth Pack, and the pilots in the Red Squadron pack. I hope we can see more of the “less known” pilots and their ships in the future.
Yeah, this one was a surprise, but it opens up a lot if they keep going with a line of esoteric pilots and ships.
