I'll do a short rundown of what we're getting. Still no idea what is series 11, 12, or the remainder of 10. Still no more news on the BTL-B Y-wing or Bode Akuna's Z-95.

Scout Class:

Big Boys:

  • Razor Crest II - Mando & Grogu (Zeb included in a second version)
  • Patrol Gunship LAAT/le - Captain Enoch & Night Trooper (also coming as a Vault exclusive)
  • Remnant AT-AT - Remnant AT-AT Driver (x2), AT-AT Commander, Snowtrooper

Now for me, I'm most excited for the LAAT/le and the Imperial Assault Tank. We'll see if they go with the tracked version (from Rogue One) or the hovertank version (from Rebels). There's actually a funny backstory in that it was designed for Rogue One as hovertank, which was during the time of making Rebels Season 4. So Rebels went with the hovertank version. However, in building a real-life tank for R1, it could only move as a...tank. So, you see the tracks in Rogue One. In canon, these are known as the TX-225 GAVw (tracked) or TX-225 GAVr (repulsorlift).

    (I’ve seen the tank in a photo : it is the one from rogue one).

    I think i’ll pass all of those 🙁 (maybe not for the Patrol Gunship LAAT/le)

    They focused mainly on the movie. Is it me or it the HUGE lack of new ship, from a star wars movie, is enoying ? Razor crest again (wow……), the at at? 99% the same (the one from rogue one has enought changes, this one is…lame?). And, nothing else?

    This time, I reall have zero hype for those series (and an huge disapointmend regard the Fondor Haulcraft….the TIE Avengers was a huge succes, why not keeping on this way ?)

    No money spend will be the way, so.

    • I saw the tank too, but I couldn’t tell if it had tracks or not.

      Yeah, I really want a Fondor. That would be amazing in MGS size.

  2. Oops, sorry for the mis-post. I was also hoping for some Fondor. It’s possible they don’t want to steal Mando and Grogu’s marketing thunder. There’s no way they don’t know people want it, I mean it is the hero ship from arguably the best new Star Wars that has been made, so either they aren’t allowed to make it yet, or they think it will sell better later. I’d throw technical challenges in there as a possibility, but I don’t see what those would be myself.

    Still some things that I am excited about though. I really hope they do something a bit unique for Qui-Gon’s Jedi starfighter, other than just a recolor of the Delta 7. I’m not getting my hopes up though. I don’t have an AT-AT, Razorcrest, or LAAT, so those all look great to me. I’ll kind of have to play the tank by ear whenever I see it. I recall seeing the other one in store and it didn’t really grab me at that point. A-Wing looks dope.

    I’m keeping in mind that some of the stuff mentioned here is already out in series 10 as of now, so that could be why the rest of the lineup seems a little… meh. I’ve recently gotten into the scout class stuff. It’s cute and relatively cheap.

    • Agreed. They gotta capitalize on the Mandoverse right now while it’s hot. It’s funny that the Art of Andor is still set to be released later this summer. The visual guides for Mando will be out before then I think.

      So, maybe we’ll get a Fondor. I know they can only really release it once, but maybe they’ll do a Vault version. I’d buy that.
